Ten years of work spanning contemporary art, electronic festivals, and cultural events: Jacopo Dotti's exhibitions span Europe—from the Royal Opera Arcade Gallery in London to the Sale del Bramante in Rome—while his work as artistic director and event producer has given rise to formats such as the Feel Green Festival and the CIFF – Cittadella International Film Festival. Two parallel and complementary paths, united by research into the relationship between art, music, and public space.
Two paths, one quest
In Jacopo Dotti's work, exhibitions and events are not two separate worlds but two ways of working on the same idea: bringing art out of conventional spaces and transforming every context—a gallery, a festival, a site-specific installation, an electronic evening—into an integrated cultural experience. The same approach gives rise to performances in historic galleries and multidisciplinary open-air festivals.
Exhibitions
Jacopo Dotti's exhibitions in Italy and Europe: from international shows in London and Berlin to the Sale del Bramante in Rome, from the MIIT in Turin to the galleries of Vicenza and Venice. A research journey into sound art, conceptual art, subvertising, and culture jamming, with curatorial collaborations by Guido Bartorelli, Rosi Raneri, Elena Jelmoni, Guido Folco and Giovan Battista Bevacqua, Virginia Baradel, and Fabio Facchinetti.
Eventi
Artistic direction, curation, and production of festivals, live events, and cultural formats: the Feel Green Festival dedicated to eco-sustainability and music, the CIFF – Cittadella International Film Festival presented at the Venice Film Festival, live psytrance at major Italian festivals, and evenings curated with Hide Events and formats such as Cosmonauta, Sunshine, The Place, Botanic & Beats, Feel Green Festival, and Reserva Sonora in Veneto.
